Agile Start-Up

Set your scrum team up for success.  A Scrum Start Up workshop working with your team on your projects to quickly and effectively create a repeatable pattern that maximises the potential of the scrum team, reduces risk and enables the team to generate more successful products and better customer outcomes.

Through facilitated workshops we work collaboratively with the Scrum Teams to develop the pattern for future sprints, this includes:
Access to two Principal Agile Practitioner with 15+ experience of running agile teams and delivering technology products using agile methods.
Facilitated workshops where we work collaboratively with the Scrum teams to develop the pattern for future sprints, this will include:
Immersion for the Scrum team in agile framework and values, to ensure a common understand across the team
Identification of the scope of the sprint deliverable specific to your organisation.
Scrum team members roles and responsibilities and what to expect from each other during the lifecycle of a sprint.
All scrum ceremonies planned with clear purpose, attendees and outcomes.
Identification of any possible challenges and how potentially to resolve prior to Sprint Kick Off
The conclusion of the workshop is the completion of the Sprint Planning Ceremony to enable the Scrum team to begin the day following the workshop.

Ceremony Guidance

Ceremony Workshop:

A workshop run by Principal Agile Practitioner with 15+ experience of running agile teams and delivering technology products using agile methods.  The purpose is to immerse the team in the scrum ceremonies to ensure consistent understanding and identify their current pitfalls.

121 Sessions with scrum team members to understand their interaction with the ceremonies and any challenges or opportunities to improve.

Ceremony Review

Ceremony review where our practitioners will sit in on a number of ceremonies to identify any areas of improvement working collaboratively with the Scrum team.

Ceremony Planning and Support

Work with the scrum master to support the planning, agenda and  organisation of ceremonies
Ceremony support – practitioners will support the Scrum Master in running sprint ceremonies with a 1-2-1 review after each ceremony.
Identification of a number of improvements that can be made by the scrum team.
